Scattered thunderstorms are possible in the Wichita area Wednesday afternoon and evening, forecasters say.
Any storms won’t be strong or severe, according to the National Weather Service. Rain is most likely after 2 p.m., forecasters say. Highs should reach the low 80s, with light and variable winds.
Showers and thunderstorms become even more likely through the evening and into the overnight hours, forecasters say. Thursday should be cloudy through the day before storms return in the evening.
Friday will mimic Thursday, with showers early in the morning and late in the evening, forecasters say.
