The rest of Memorial Day weekend should be pleasant in the Wichita area, forecasters say.
Highs should be in the low to mid-80s, with mostly sunny skies and winds that are light and variable. An isolated thunderstorm in the area can’t be ruled out for Monday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service.
A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms arrives early Tuesday morning and lingers the rest of the week, forecasters say. Highs will hover in the low 80s through the period.
