A frosty morning is in store for the Wichita area on Saturday, forecasters say.
The metropolitan area was on the cusp of marking its first freeze of the season early Saturday, with lows dipping near the low 30s. Sunny skies will allow temperatures to recover into the upper 50s on Saturday, with winds becoming light and variable.
Sunday should be warmer, forecasters say, with highs in the mid-60s. South winds in the teens will gust to the mid-20s at times.
