Wichita can expect to see rain off and on through the day – and particularly tonight – as another round of showers and thunderstorms rolls through the region.

Forecasters say showers are possible Thursday morning and are likely tonight and Friday. Rain could be heavy at times.

Highs should reach the mid-80s, with southeast winds occasionally reaching double digits. Overnight lows on a rainy night will settle in the upper 60s, with temperatures rebounding to the low 80s for Friday. Light winds will be out of the south.

Rain chances will diminish but linger on Saturday and Sunday, when highs will be in the low 80s.
