The record: A map of land the city of Wichita has deeded to Sedgwick County to repay jail fees for 2008 and 2009.

Why you'd want it: To learn more about the property the city offered the county to settle the city's more than $10.2 million debt.

How much it will cost: The information is free. There also is a list of what other cities paid the county under settlements.
