Triumph Aerostructures will design and manufacture the all-new transonic wing for Bombardier Aerospace’s Global 7000 and Global 8000 business jets.
It’s not yet known whether Triumph’s Wichita facility will perform any of the work.
Bombardier also selected General Electric Aviation to supply the integrated propulsion system. Aerolia will design and manufacture the center fuselage, while Hamilton Sundstrand will provide the electrical system. Intertechnique will provide the fuel system, fuel inerting system and oxygen system.
