There's going to be an estate sale at the Wey Mansion at 17th and Park Place in Midtown on Tuesday, and C.J. Ghan of Paradise Estate Sales promises "it'll be one of the grandest ones in Wichita."
The mansion is the one known for having over-the-top annual Christmas displays.
Not surprisingly, holiday items will be a big part of the sale.
"There's more than I've had in any other sale . . . that's for sure," Ghan says.

That includes some bargains along with some unique items, such as the thronelike chair Santa Claus used to sit on at the old Innes Department Store.
"That's a really cool piece," Ghan says. "There's been a ton of interest in that chair."
There are all kinds of other items not related to Christmas, such as a parlor set that Ghan says came from the former Gill Mortuary.
The sale starts at 8 a.m., but you can go at 6 a.m. to get a number for entry into the house when it opens.
The house is for sale as well.
The owners have moved to Indian Hills, and the house is on the market for $699,999.
