Gameday Preview: K-State at N. Texas

For a game that pits a bowl-eligible team against a struggling opponent from the Sun Belt Conference that fired its coach earlier this season, today’s tilt between Kansas State and North Texas has a decent amount of intrigue.

It is the final game to ever be played at Fouts Field. The Mean Green are trying to win a big game for their interim coach. Bill Snyder is returning to the place where he was once an assistant coach. And the Wildcats are trying to improve their bowl stock by picking up their seventh victory of the season.

The game kicks off at 3 p.m. and will be televised on ESPN3. (more…)
