Are Tiahrt replacements blasting Tiahrt, Moran?

The GOP candidates vying to replace Rep. Todd Tiahrt, R-Goddard, seem to be blasting Tiahrt and his GOP opponent in the U.S. Senate race, Rep. Jerry Moran, R-Hays, though not directly. In an April 10 debate, the House candidates condemned earmark spending by Congress — something that Tiahrt is particularly known for, though Moran  has done his share. Then at a debate Thursday, the candidates complained that during the past decade, the GOP became "the party of big government and insiders." Does that include Tiahrt and Moran, who were in Congress during that time and helped swell the national debt?
