If “spring” were being sold in a catalog, it would be a lot like the forecast for Wichita today.
Sunny skies, light winds and highs in the mid-60s are expected in the metropolitan area today, forecasters say. After two weeks of robust breezes, the wind today should hover around 10 miles an hour out of the north-northwest.
Tonight will be crisp again, with lows dipping into the 30s under clear skies. Friday should offer more sunshine – and more wind – with highs in the low 70s and south winds gusting to more than 30 miles an hour.
