With Sen. Sam Brownback, R-Kan., having raised more than $1.53 million for his seemingly uncontested gubernatorial campaign, whatever will he do with such cash? Spending it on mailings, advertising, robocalls and the like would be good for the economy, especially if he took pains to use Kansas-based printing and marketing companies. Any chance he'd sign some of the money over to the state general fund?
