WICHITA - If there’s one thing consistent about Kansas weather, it’s how dramatically and rapidly it can change. But the forecast for the next several days in the Wichita area will be remarkably similar, forecasters say.
Sunny skies and temperatures peaking in the low 90s are on tap through the weekend. Winds will be out of the south, staying primarily in the single digits through the mid-week and taking on a bit of a gusty edge by Thursday - but even then they’re not expected to climb out of the teens.
The next chance of showers arrives Monday, forecasters say, but at this point it’s only a small one.
