The crime

At 2:23 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 14, deputies were sent to an accident involving a pedestrian in the area of 103rd South and Ridge Road. Jeremy Napier, 43, had been struck and killed by a vehicle, which fled the scene. Sheriff’s detectives are asking for the community’s help.
