Wichita police seek public’s help in February homicide

The crime

At about 11:45 a.m. on Feb. 10, Bishop M. Robles, his girlfriend and her child were visiting a friend in the 1200 block of North Fairview. They were standing outside when a small blue SUV, described as a crossover-style vehicle, drove north on Fairview. The occupant or occupants fired several shots from a handgun and struck Robles multiple times. He died later at a hospital.
