Two men robbed a Wichita business and a customer before running away, police say

Two unknown men robbed both a Wichita liquor store and one of its customers before running from the scene on Saturday night, according to a release from the Wichita Police Department.

At about 7 p.m. on Saturday, officers responded to an armed robbery at Don’s Retail Liquor, 921 E. Harry. When police arrived, a 31-year-old employee said two unknown men entered the store and one of the men showed a handgun while demanding money.

The suspects took money from both the liquor store and a customer before running from the scene, according to the release.

No injuries were reported.

The first man was described as a black man in his 20s and about 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was wearing a gray hoodie with white lettering, gray and black pants, and black and white shoes. He was armed with a silver and black handgun.

The second man was described as a white man in his 20s and about 5 feet 10 inches tall. He was wearing a dark blue hoodie.
