The Maize Police Department is asking if anyone has seen a woman missing since May 2015.
A Facebook post from the department on Saturday said police were attempting to locate Kathryn Lynn Partida, 35, to check on her welfare.
According to the post, Partida left her children with her mother in May 2015 and has not been seen since. Police in Oklahoma reported an unconfirmed encounter with Partida in August 2015, according to the post.
Also, a person using Partida’s identity was treated at an Oklahoma hospital in September 2015, the post said.

Partida’s family told Maize police officers it was “highly unusual” that they haven’t had contact with her in months.
Anyone who might have information is asked to call the Maize Police Department at 316-722-1433. After hours and on weekends, that number rolls over to Sedgwick County emergency dispatch. If calling during those times, request that an on-duty Maize police officer contact you.
Partida is 5-foot-3 and weighs approximately 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes, and she has tattoos of flowers on her hip and four doves on her back shoulder area.
