Two people were seriously injured after their vehicles collided shortly before midnight Wednesday.
A driver called 911 to report seeing a Jeep Cherokee at 95th South and Broadway driving erratically and headed north, according to Sedgwick County sheriff’s Sgt. Conrad Jansson.
Before officers could reach the area, the Jeep slammed into a Honda Civic. One driver was pinned inside and the other trapped upside-down. Both were eventually taken to the hospital in serious but not life-threatening condition.
No names are being released and no arrests had been made while officers investigate whether alcohol or drugs were involved.
