For some time, Colin and Erianne Clark have been thinking of opening a business.
“Something that would be more of a family business that we could all chip in on,” Colin Clark says.
They’ve finally settled on Haute To Tot, a store that will sell gently used children’s clothing. It won’t be a consignment store, though.
“We’ll actually purchase them,” Colin Clark says of clothing items.

“It’ll be from zero to probably about 5 feet,” he says of sizes.
The store opens Sept. 3 at 2530 W. 13th St., which is near the northwest corner of 13th and Meridian.
Clark says his wife has been staying home with their 2-year-old, Calliah, but will be able to bring her to the new shop.
Their 12-year-old daughter, Olivia, will work at the store.
“She just wants to know how much she’ll get paid,” Clark says. “I told her she’ll be paid with experience.”
Her dad says there’s a chance Olivia will get some money, too.
“If there’s money to be made.”
