In addition to taking over Anthony Powell’s Cowtown Burger & Brew operation, Fugate Enterprises is moving its Pizza Hut near 21st and Amidon.

The delivery and carryout business currently is in the same center where Great Wall is, next to the Dillons on the northeast corner.

Pizza Hut is going to move to a new freestanding building that’s under construction between the Taco Bell and Wendy’s at Twin Lakes, at the southeast corner of the intersection.

“We are moving right across the street,” says Kym Money, director of marketing.

She says it’s a new design, which will include fountain drinks.

“That encourages more carryout,” Money says.

The building will be 2,700 square feet and will have 40 seats.

Look for the new restaurant to open in late summer.
