Looking to own a piece of Wichita history? Here's your chance.

The iconic building that is home to the Wichita Scottish Rite Center is for sale.

NAI Martens has listed the building, which is for sale "subject to offer," according to a listing.

The 1890 Romanesque building at the northwest corner of First and Topeka was built for the YMCA, and the Wichita Scottish Rite bought it seven years later.

There have been renovations and additions through the years, and the building has been added to historic registries.

The 75,903-square-foot building has a 700-seat auditorium and a dining area for 450 people. There's a 3,000-square-foot commercial kitchen.

Though the Wichita Scottish Rite is selling its building, the organization will remain active.
