Years after becoming a partner in the Reflection Ridge Plaza at the northwest corner of 21st and Ridge Road, developer Marv Schellenberg now is moving his businesses there, too.
Schellenberg is relocating his Schellenberg Development Co., Re-Max Premier and his and his son Jesse’s Prudentia Property Management to the one-time Piccadilly Grill space, which most recently has been a Glow Golf.
“I’ve always had my eye on that building, and now is just a good time for us,” Schellenberg says.
Currently, his companies are in two buildings at 7920 and 7926 W. 21st St. where he’s been since 1992.
“We’re out of space, and so we’re just expanding.”
Not only is Schellenberg out of space, he’s planning to grow his businesses, too.
“We plan on doing a lot of growth on the ReMax side,” he says. “That’s our biggest area of growth.”
ReMax currently has 26 residential and commercial agents, and Schellenberg wants to grow that number to 45.
“So it’s just creating a whole new … office,” he says.
Accounting will now all be under one roof.
Schellenberg says there are “just a lot of efficiencies with that.”
He says there are a lot of efficiencies all around.
“It’ll just be nice to have it where we can just walk down the hallway to go over something rather than across the parking lot.”
He’s giving the 8,500-square-foot building an update and expects to move in about 45 days.
There are two other businesses that will be joining Schellenberg’s companies in the new building.
“We’ll be having two related companies joining us,” he says.
There are a couple more that will take the buildings he’s in now.

Eventually, Schellenberg may have some more companies of his own to announce, too.
“That’s it for now,” he says.
However, he adds, “We’re just always looking.”
