Early this year, Kathy Goodale said she hoped she could find someone to buy her “beautifully viable” 5-year-old Urban Renewal Consignment shop in the Westlink Shopping Center, and now she has.
Teresa Miller took over the shop at Central and Tyler on Wednesday.
Miller already owns Impressive Properties Design & Staging.
“I’m still doing that,” she says. “I just thought this would be a nice place for clients when they’re transitioning from one phase of their property to another.”

She says those clients – and other customers – can consign items and get money for new home decor and furniture purchases.
Miller says the store may change some over time as customers bring in more diversified items.
Otherwise, she says, “We’re trying to just keep it as it is.”
