The new Wichita Auto Plaza will be on property that brothers Tommy and Zack Steven purchased a few months ago through their TZS Holdings.
They purchased approximately 15 acres where Davis-Moore once had dealerships along with Priority Motorsports and Auto Masters.
There is a total of 10 addresses between 5817 and 6225 E. Kellogg and about 100,000 square feet of building space along with a three-level parking garage that has 40,000 square feet on each level.
“It’s a big piece of ground on East Kellogg,” Zack Steven says. “It’s hard to find that much acreage. … You can’t find that very often.”

The brothers also own Reddi Industries, a commercial and residential service company.
They plan to lease some of their new property.
A couple of car dealerships are already renting space to store inventory, and Wichita Auto Plaza will open in January.
The main building on the Stevens’ property is 60,000 square feet where Davis-Moore once was.
“We’re doing construction on the main building right now,” Zack Steven says. “We’re doing some remodeling.”
In March, he says he’ll have some announcements about the space.
He says he and his brother have “a few cool things coming down the pike.”
