Textron Aviation will bring 13 Citation business jets and turboprops to the world’s biggest business aviation show next week, including a super midsize Longitude flight test aircraft.
The Wichita-based manufacturer of Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft said Friday it will emphasize its new product development with a full-scale cabin mockup of its Hemisphere large-cabin jet at the National Business Aviation Association Convention, which kicks off Tuesday in Orlando, Fla.
The company also will bring two midsize Latitude jets, one of which is operated by NetJets. Textron Aviation said it has delivered 40 Latitudes since the jet entered service a year ago.
Other aircraft to be on static display at Orlando Executive Airport will be Citation X+, Citation Sovereign+, Citation XLS+, Citation CJ4, Citation CJ3+ and the Citation M2. The company’s lineup of turboprops at NBAA includes two Beechcraft King Air 350is — one operated by Wheels Up — a Beechcraft King Air 250 and a Cessna Grand Caravan EX.
