Learjet parent reorganizes sales, marketing and customer service leadership

Bombardier Business Aircraft has reorganized its top leadership in sales, marketing and customer service in a bid to improve what it calls the customer experience.

Effective Tuesday, the business jet arm of the Canadian plane and train maker – including Wichita’s Learjet – has named Jean-Christophe Gallagher vice president and general manager of customer experience. He was previously vice president of strategy, marketing and innovation.

Reporting to Gallagher will be Andy Nureddin, who was appointed vice president of customer support and training. Nureddin was previously vice president and general manager of business aircraft customer services.

Under the new structure, the company said the two men will work closely to build stronger relationships, satisfaction and loyalty with its customers. They also will work together to expand Bombardier’s after-market business.

Bombardier Business Aircraft also said it will add marketing oversight to senior vice president Peter Likoray’s duties. He previously focused solely on sales.
