Crave Beauty Academy president, Kim McIntosh, joined other beauty school representatives to lobby in Washington, D.C. for a modified version of the Prosper Act, a bill to reauthorize the Higher Education Act of 1965 for federal support to institutions of higher education and individuals pursuing a postsecondary education.
