Sandor “Alex” Kvassay will be the keynote speaker at Wednesday’s Wichita Aero Club meeting.
A prolific traveler, Kvassay, a native Hungarian, circled the globe selling airplanes.
His career included stints working for Bill Lear and Olive Ann Beech, selling to world leaders, business moguls and celebrities.
Kvassay will share some of his tales at noon at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel at the Wichita Mid-Continent Airport.
He will be joined by Al Higdon, a founder of Sullivan, Higdon & Sink and a former member of Learjet’s public relations staff.
Kvassay writes a monthly column called “Alex Remembers” for Professional Pilot magazine, telling tales of his days selling to the famous and infamous.
He continues to travel the world. Last year he visited North Korea and Cuba.
