Cox Communications said today it will introduce wireless voice and data service in Wichita and Topeka.
The cable TV, phone and Internet provider said in a news release it will introduce the service later this year but didn't give an exact date.
It means that consumers will have another mobile phone provider to choose from.
Cox also said it plans to redesign its retail stores to incorporate the addition of wireless services.
