Chicago firm wins U.S. Chamber small business award

Despite being named a regional finalist for the second year in a row in the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's 2011 Dream Big Small Business Award, the award went to a small business other than Wichita's Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates.

Cocoa Dolce, founded by Beth Tully, was one of seven finalists for the award.

The winner, Red Frog Events of Chicago, was announced today at America's Small Business Summit in Washington, D.C.
