A more central area for networking and a focus on green practices will be among the most notable changes at this year's Exposure, the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce's annual business-to-business marketing event.
Exposure will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sept. 23 at Century II Expo Hall.
Angie Elliott, the chamber's manager of business programming and events, said exhibitors are up 30 percent from last year, to 193.
Elliott, lead organizer for Exposure, said she expects about 2,000 businesspeople to visit the show.

Helping to boost exhibitor participation this year is a new "tabletop" option for small businesses that can't or don't want to pay for booth space but want to exhibit, Elliott said. A tabletop exhibit costs $150 compared with $400 for a standard booth.
Exposure has joined with GreenBiz Wichita to create the "green zone" on one section of the show floor.
"It's for businesses who have either a business or service that is eco-friendly or started green practices in their business that they'd like to show other people," Elliott said.
And the "networking zone," which offers a space for people attending the show to relax and talk with other attendees and exhibitors, has been relocated from the south end of the show floor to the center, she said.
The show is free with a ticket that is on Page 7C today or can be downloaded at www.wichitabusinessexposure .com.
