A Business story in Sunday's Eagle and on said the program was beginning, in an effort to help fill the need for veterinarians in rural areas.

Applications for the program are due June 30. The program is administered by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Institute of Food and Agriculture, which will host four webinars for applicants. Two are today, at 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. The other two are at the same times May 12.
