A seminar next month aims to help people identify hoarding and learn how to help others manage it.
The “Less Mess: Helping Those Who Hoard and Clutter” presentation will be from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. July 11 at the American Red Cross, 1900 E. Douglas.
Nancy Trout, a clinical social worker with Prairie View, Inc., will speak about the struggles hoarders face and give tips to help people eliminate clutter from their lives.
The seminar is sponsored by the Wichita/Sedgwick County Hoarding Coalition. To register, call the Central Plains Area on Aging at 316-660-5144.
