Highs should climb into the upper 70s under partly sunny skies, forecasters say. It’ll be breezy, with north winds intensifying from single digits to the low 20s. Gusts are expected to top 30 miles an hour.
Clouds will begin to move out overnight, when lows are expected to drop into the 40s. But it’ll still be windy, forecasters say, with north winds gusting to more than 25 miles an hour.
Tuesday looks to offer sunshine and 70s, with north-northeast winds easing to the single digits.
