Two men hurt in early-morning disturbance in Wichita restaurant

Suspects punched and kicked one man in the head and used a beer bottle to knock a second man unconscious during a disturbance in a restaurant on West 21st Street early Saturday morning, Wichita police said Saturday.

No reports on the extent of the men’s injuries were available. One victim was 27, the other 32.

The incident occurred at about 12:50 a.m. at Shoeless Joe’s, in the 2300 block of West 21st Street, police Sgt. Bart Brunscheen said.

He gave this description of the three suspects: a white man in his 30s, 6 feet tall, with a medium build and wearing blue jeans and a white shirt and having tattoos across his arms; a white woman in her 20s, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, with a small build, and wearing a red tank top and blue jeans; a white man in his 30s, with the nickname Nando, 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a very heavy build and black hair. The three left in a vehicle described as a white 1990s Ford Taurus going east on 21st.
