Minority entrepreneurs to speak to Butler Community College students

Latina community leaders will conduct a panel discussion on finding business success at Butler Community College’s upcoming Student Leadership Forum on Thursday. These minority entrepreneurs will speak to students in an informal forum in which students can share their aspirations and seek guidance about challenges they faced.

Moderated by Gene Camarena of La Raza Pizza Inc., panelists Yolanda Camarena, Sylvia Orozco-Do, M.D., Anita Mendoza, Carmen Rosales and Patricia G. Koehler will offer business and career advice Thursday at 11:30 a.m. at the 5000 Building Grizzly Den at Butler of Andover. This event is a component of a larger scholars program that includes scholarships, internships, formal mentoring and networking with local businesses.
