An argument over a woman started a fight that ended with stabbings early Tuesday morning.
Police responded to the 100 block of North McLean Boulevard at about 12:20 a.m. where three men had gotten into a fight, said Lt. Doug Nolte.
The fight started when a 45-year-old man and a 25-year-old man argued about a woman, Nolte said.
The 25-year-old man produced a knife and stabbed the 45-year-old. A 42-year-old man tried to intervene, and the younger man cut him too, police said.
The 25-year-old also cut his hand during the fight with the folding-style knife.
Nolte said the 42- and 45-year-old men went to the hospital, but their injuries did not appear life-threatening.
Police are still looking for the 25-year-old who has been identified, Nolte said. He is not from Wichita.
