Shotgun fired at Wichita house

A shotgun was fired from a car into a house in the 900 Block of South Christine at 5 a.m. Saturday, Wichita police say.

Four people inside the house — a 57-year-old man, a 40-year-old woman, an 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy — were not injured.

A witness reported seeing a red BMW driving north on Christine. He heard three gunshots then saw the car driving away quickly.

A window at the house was hit, and police found two shotgun casings near the front of the house, said Sgt. Steve Yarberry of the Wichita Police Department.

No one has been arrested.
