Sedgwick County Sheriff's patrols arrested six people for driving while intoxicated and 26 for driving with suspended licenses during traffic saturation enforcement the week of Thanksgiving.
From Nov. 22, through Saturday, sheriff's deputies also wrote 128 safety belt citations, three child restraint infractions, ticketed 12 for speeding and wrote 57 other citations.
The patrols were part of efforts to enforce occupant protection, impaired driving and other traffic laws, the sheriff's department said.
