Topeka woman gives birth to quadruplets

TOPEKA | A couple that recently moved to Topeka has raised the city's population by four.

Angela Decker gave birth on Friday to one girl and three boys at Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center.

Angela and her husband, Anthony, named their first children Alyssa, Maddox, Logan and Jaden. They were delivered by cesarean section at 5:10 a.m. Friday.

Angela Decker told The Topeka Capital-Journal that everything went smoothly. The children are in the hospital's neo-natal intensive care unit. The hospital declined to release any information on the children's conditions.

The Deckers, who are in their 30s, moved back to Topeka a few months ago to be near family members.
