Butler Community College choir needs votes to win 'Today Show' competition

Wichita, Kan. -- The Butler Headliners are one of four national finalists vying to win "The Today Show's" show choir competition, the school announced today.

The public can vote online until 7 a.m. Friday for the choir of its choice. If the Butler Headliners win they will perform live on Nov. 11 on the NBC morning show.

A production crew from "The Today Show" will be at Butler Community College Friday morning to film the reaction of choir members as the announcement of the winning choir is made at 9 a.m. The choir is led by Valerie Mack.

Earlier this month, the Headliners submitted a four-minute video to "The Today Show." That video was judged by producers and selected as one of the four best in the nation.
