Outdoor public fitness session is at 3 p.m. today

Anyone who wants to can show up at 3 p.m. on Fridays in April for an outdoor group fitness session in Old Town.

The group will meet at the northeast corner of the Museum of World Treasures. Those who want to participate should bring along water and a towel. Exercises will be led by Robbie Ray, a personal fitness trainer and owner of Fitness With Robbie Ray. Exercises will be adapted for all fitness levels.

Thinking Fit Fridays is the name of the session, an extension of Start-Thinking's efforts to encourage wellness in the workplace.
