Poor road conditions this morning are delaying transportation service for the disabled in Kansas City.
The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority said today that Share-A-Fare service would be running at least a half hour behind the scheduled pick up time and more than hour late for unscheduled return trips.
Share-A-Fare is a transportation program run by the ATA that serves people who need door-to-door transportation because of a disability that prevents them from driving their own cars.
