Roads slick again as more snow falls

A blanket of snow fell overnight across the Kansas City area, making roads and boulevards already ice-packed more dangerous.

Police and other law enforcement agencies responded to several weather-related vehicular accidents, however none was serious.

Temperatures are expected to remain below the freezing mark most of the day as snow flurries re-emerged early today.

Several churches canceled services and snow removal teams worked throughout the morning to clear roads and parkways.
