Fifty-one-year-old Gerald S. Eberhardt was shot to death Oct. 25 at his home in Tecumseh.

A preliminary hearing ended today for 43-year-old Michelle L. Eberhardt and her 19-year-old son, Scott M. Mosher, both of Tecumseh, and two of Mosher's friends — 20-year-old Derrick Dewayne Haase and 22-year-old Stephanie A. Menard, both of Topeka.

Shawnee County District Judge Mark Braun scheduled arraignment for Jan. 7.

All four face one count each of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Michelle Ebehardt is also charged with one count of soliciting murder, and is accused of arranging a murder for hire.
