Two dead after three-vehicle crash in St. Louis

ST. LOUIS | Two people are dead and about a dozen others taken to hospitals for evaluation after a three-vehicle crash in St. Louis.

Police tell KSDK-TV that a van from New Cote Brilliante Church of God in St. Louis was carrying nine people around 3 p.m. Tuesday when it made a turn and collided with a pick-up truck. The pickup then hit a nearby sport utility vehicle.

One person in the van was declared dead at the scene, while another who had also been in the van died on the way to the hospital. Their names were not immediately released.
