Machinists union members at Bombardier Learjet overwhelmingly accepted the company's offer of a new three-year labor contract.
The union represents nearly 900 hourly employees in Wichita.
Ninety-five percent of those voting accepted the contract.
The offer addresses the issues that members said were important to them, said Machinists District 70 president Steve Rooney.

They also recognized the current economic conditions, Rooney said.
The contract increases wages and pensions and addresses health insurance and job security concerns, he said.
The current contract expires October 5.
