There's more U.S. 69 road work to look out for tonight in Overland Park.
Starting at 11:30 p.m., the ramp from eastbound College Boulevard to northbound U.S. 69 will close for ongoing resurfacing work. The ramp won’t reopen until 5:30 Wednesday morning.
Then there will be a series of closures that will affect ramps for short periods from 7:30 Wednesday night to 5:30 Friday morning.
Here is a list of the ramps to watch out for in the next few days:
Eastbound/westbound College Boulevard to southbound US-69 entrance/exit ramps
Southbound U.S. 69 to eastbound College Boulevard exit ramp.
Southbound U.S. 69 to 119th Street exit ramp
119th Street to southbound U.S.69 entrance ramp
Northbound U.S. 69 to 119th Street exit ramp
119th Street to northbound U.S.69 entrance ramp
Northbound U.S. 69 to College Boulevard exit ramp.
All of these temporary closures are part of a $3.1 million project that has narrowed 69 to one lane in each direction between College Boulevard and Blue Valley Parkway. The project is supposed to be done by next month.
