MU confirms two pay-per-view games

What we reported during Big 12 Media Days is now official. Missouri's Sept. 12 home game against Bowling Green and the Sept. 19 game against Furman in Columbia will both be on Fox Sports Net Pay Per View.

Game time for the Bowling Green game will be 6 p.m. and for the Furman game 1 p.m.

That assures Missouri's first five games will be televised, and that's a first.

ESPN will carry the Sept. 5 game against Illinois in St. Louis, a Sept. 25 game at Nevada and the Oct. 8 home game against Nebraska.

Pricing and purchase instructions, as well as participating cable systems and satellite providers, will come later.

MU officials said Charter, Time Warner, Mediacom, Suddenlink, DirecTV, Dish Network and AT&T U-Verse are expected to be among those outlets carrying the PPV games.
