Two arrested in stolen vehicle after KC robbery

A man and teenage boy were arrested early Sunday when they were founddriving a vehicle stolen in a strong-arm robbery, Kansas City policesaid.

Two people were walking near Woodland Avenue and 12th Street about 2:30a.m. when they were attacked by a group of about 10 people, police said.The group beat up the pair, took a set of car keys and left with thevictims' vehicle.

When police responded to a call from the victims, two of the attackerswere seen passing nearby in the stolen vehicle and arrested. Police saidthe victims' injuries were minor.
