SPRINGFIELD | wA former high school teacher facing felony rape and sodomy charges in Dade and Lawrence counties now faces a statutory rape charge in Greene County.
The new charge filed Friday against 23-year-old Alison Peck stems from allegations that Peck spent the night in a Springfield motel with the 16-year-old student she had been involved with previously.
Earlier this month, the former Greenfield High School teacher was charged with second-degree rape in Dade County stemming from her involvement with the teen. She also was charged in Lawrence County with similar offenses.
The Greene County prosecutor's office said Peck disregarded a court order to stay away from the teen.
